Overall Goal: Communities and Organizations are adopting inclusive leadership
FPFK church members are embracing inclusive leadership. FPFK church members will be well informed and implementing policies, election rules and the constitutional articles that will lead more women to be involved in leadership at the local, regional and national levels.
FPFK regions are adopting inclusive leadership. Community members including cultural leaders, religious leaders, women leaders, youth leaders, village elders and other actors will have gained positive perception towards inclusion of women, youth and other vulnerable members of the society in different leadership and decision-making platforms.
Target group: This project will have interventions in all the 33 FPFK regions. It examines the situation of women in leadership within FPFK and provides analysis of the state women leadership within FPFK.
