The overall impact statement is still to see congregations engaging in asset based development or diaconal initiatives in their local communities. The role of the UYT-IDP is to support churches to enable and facilitate their congregations to take these initiatives. This will be done by organizing and facilitating different kinds of training and experience sharing together with the participating churches. This is in many ways a continuation of the activities that was organized in the UYT-IP, and that the evaluation report suggested to continue.
The specific expected outcomes:

• Use Your Talents integrated in church policy, organization and routines
• Use Your Talents made available and introduced for more churches and people
