This is a global program for all of NLM’s partners: big and small churches, informal groups of believers and civil society organizations. The goal is strengthening our partners as civil society organizations and actors for development in their communities. The program provides methods and tools for the organizations and their grassroot members to discover and mobilize the assets that they have or have access to. Use Your Talents will give the partner organizations a broader specter of tools for development initiatives, diaconal work and income generating apart from traditional development projects with external resources.
