Program description:
The IMPACT Program (Inclusive Mission of Partners to Advance Civil society Transformation) is a unified initiative in Cambodia that strengthens civil society to drive inclusive, locally led development. Bringing together twelve national organizations, it integrates three pathways, Green Economic Resilience, Safer and Secure Communities, and Youth Resilience, to address poverty, exclusion, and vulnerability in a coordinated way. The program equips youth, women, and marginalized groups with skills, protection, and leadership opportunities, while supporting community organizations and institutions to sustain these gains. By linking livelihoods, safety, and civic participation, IMPACT transforms fragmented efforts into collective, lasting change. Its locally led approach ensures that Cambodian communities, especially young people, are safer, more prosperous, and more resilient—able to shape their own futures and contribute to just and inclusive development.
