40 participants were gathered during our Network meeting in Cochabamba in Bolivia November 9-11. The main topic was which role Christian organizations can play in the development of civil society. Every project held a presentation and shared their experiences and challenges. Communication, both internally in the organisations and external, was also on the agenda, besides how to make a baseline, indicators and to report on the framework agreement for the next cooperation period with Norad (the Norwegian government).
Latin America is the smallest continent in the Digni context. Our member organizations: The Mission Alliance, Norwegian Pentecostal Mission, Norwegian Lutheran Mission and The Mission Covenant Church of Norway have six projects altogether in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia.
Digni will arrange Network meetings in French speaking Africa, Nepal and Thailand the coming year.
